With effect from April 1, 2024, Sabine Buschmann has taken over as Senior Director Personal Lines Broker and Employee Benefits at Albatros Versicherungsdienste GmbH. She succeeds Samir Koudhai, who moved to Deutsche Lufthansa AG last year.  

As a proven industry expert, Sabine Buschmann has many years of experience in the field of employee benefits, pension management and company pension schemes. She previously worked for the Ecclesia Group, where she was responsible for employee benefits sales in northern Germany (Lower Saxony, Bremen, Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein) since 2011. In 2021, she was also appointed authorized signatory and member of the management board of Ecclesia Gruppe Vorsorgemanagement GmbH. In 2018, she obtained her degree in occupational pension business administration (FH) at the Campus Institute Koblenz. 

Tobias Winkler, member of the Executive Board, is convinced of the new appointment:
