Since mid-2023, we have a parent-child office at our head office in Cologne. 

The idea: Thanks to our flexible mobile office arrangement, our employees have the opportunity to choose their work location within Germany in coordination with their manager according to their family needs. However, anyone who would like to come to the office with a child or who has an important appointment on site at One Cologne now has the option of bringing their kids to work with them on a daily basis. The parent-child office can be reserved via our online room booking tool.

In the separate office room, children of different ages have access to toys, books and a table for painting, handicrafts and playing. This makes even the little ones' office day fun.

The toys and books in the parent-child office are donations from our colleagues. In this way, we have taken sustainability and resource conservation into account when equipping the office.

With the introduction of the parent-child office, we are paying tribute to our sustainability strategy (UN Sustainable Development Goal 3: "Good Health & Well-Being", UN Sustainable Development Goal 5: "Gender Equality") and would like to further strengthen our positioning as a family-friendly employer.
