Claim? What's next?

An immediate notification should be sent to Albatros with disclosure of time, location and nature of the loss, its address, phone/fax no. In addition, several photographs should be produced, from which the accident location and the damage or the damaged parts are evident.


The damaged aircraft should be left at the scene of the accident until inspection by an expert named by Albatros or the insurer (not to be confused with the aviation authority's expert) – unless it impedes air traffic or the weather forces removal.


Repairs should be neither commenced nor assigned before Albatros in agreement with the insurer have decided on your proposal for the choice of repair workshop.


Do not submit an admission of fault and do not settle any invoices. Please extract further information on the conduct in the event of a claim from your insurance policy and the associated insurance conditions. Of course, our claim experts are willingly at your disposal in the event of questions.
