Dominique Ziegler will take over responsibility for industrial insurance and credit cards at Albatros Firmenmakler on 1 January 2021. He will then be primarily responsible for the Lufthansa Group's proprietary insurance policies; among other things, in the lines of property and liability insurance as well as the coverage of credit card and customer card programs. He will also be responsible for the corresponding claims handling. Ziegler thus succeeds Dirk Reissberg, who will leave Albatros on 31 December 2020 to take on a new challenge outside the Lufthansa Group.

Dominique Ziegler began his career at the Delvag Group in 2004 with a dual study programme. He then worked as a Key Account Manager for Albatros from 2008 before taking over as Head of Aviation Claims in 2016. Together with his team, he was responsible for handling complex claims and further developing processes in claims management.
