Covers the financial impact involved in representing the insured’s legal rights in its professional activities. Employees are covered as well while performing their professional activities for the policy holder. The corporate legal protection consolidates labour, indemnity, social and penal legal protection.
Commercial Crime
Covers financial losses to the insured‘s company arising from criminal actions by employees or outsiders such as fraud or theft of money, securities, or inventory of the employer. A commercial crime policy may consolidate Employee Dishonesty, Money and Security as well as Computer Crime coverages.
Trade Credit
Covers the financial consequences of non-payment (of non-disputed accounts receivable of the insured) for delivery of goods and services. Furthermore, loss-minimizing actions such as filing recourse against the debtor are covered.
