General Third Party
Covers the insured’s legal liabilities arising out of the activities and operations of the policy holder or its employees (e.g. premises liability, tenants liability, product liability, liability for company events, constructors‘ liability).
Environmental Pollution
Covers the insured’s legal liabilities due to environmental impairment of soil, air or water caused by the insured’s (hazardous) activity and resulting in bodily injury, property damage or pure financial loss.
Directors and Officers (D&O)
Covers indemnification of justified, and defence from unfounded claims, against directors and officers arising either jointly or individually by reason of any wrongdoing acting in their capacity as a director or an officer.
Employment Practices (EPLI)
Covers the insured‘s employment practices liabilities in case of claims filed by current, former or potential employees due to discrimination (age, sex, race, disability, etc.), wrongful termination of employment, sexual harassment and other employment-related allegations.
Employers’ Liability
Covers the employer‘s legal liabilities for bodily injury or death to employees arising from, and in the course of, their employment. Furthermore, it covers defence costs to investigate, settle or defend any claim against the employer.
